Hi there; I’m Heather — a self employed hairstylist who found a home at The Guest House salon in York, PA. 📍 I take great pride in my work and love giving my guests the gift of beautiful hair that works for them. Color services; especially low maintenance/lived in hair colors are my favorite but I also provide traditional highlighting, simple root retouches, haircuts + more! Hair is my passion but connecting with my clients is what fuels the fire 🔥🤍 I enjoy connecting with people on a deeper level rather than only having surface level conversations and maintain long lasting stylist/client relationships because of it. Outside of the salon I am a mother of 3 so my schedule can fluctuate seasonally based off of their schedules/needs. I am currently accepting new clients with availability between 9:00am-3:00pm during the weekdays. I can’t wait to help you make your hair goals a reality! **all service pricing may vary based on your individual needs & amount of hair. We will discuss estimated cost of services at your appointment before starting.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Failure to cancel an appointment 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows/same day cancellations will be charged 80% of their scheduled services. Being more than 10 minutes late to an appointment can result in being considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly. If there are multiple occurrences of not cancelling within reasonable time or not showing up to your appointment I will respectfully decline any future appointments that are attempted to be scheduled. I also will respectfully decline future appointments if you continuously cancel pre-booked appointments back to back.
